Abstract

Abstract : ( N Engl J Med . 2017;377(7):613–622) Professional associations recommend the prophylactic use of low-dose aspirin (60 to 80 mg d) in pregnant women who are considered to be at high risk for preeclampsia. However, some studies suggest that aspirin started after 16 weeks of gestation does not have a significant benefit, and there remain major challenges in identifying women at high risk for this condition.
