- Abstract : Ultrathin CuO nanorods for non-enzymatic glucose sensing have been readily synthesized by simply mixing Cu 2+ /OH − /ethanol with water at high temperature. Abstract : Ultrathin CuO nanorods have been readily synthesized by simply mixing Cu 2+ /OH − /ethanol with water at high temperature. Such CuO nanorods display high sensitivity, low detection limit, fast amperometric response and good selectivity, which might add greater value to non-enzymatic glucose detection.
