Abstract

Abstract : The case of an elderly and frail patient affected by simultaneous large B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma and acute myeloid leukaemia is reported. The complete remissions of both diseases by azacitidine and rituximab-bendamustine regimen were achieved.
