Abstract

Abstract : Synopsis : The AMBITION trial compared upfront combination therapy with tadalafil and ambrisentan, with each drug analyzed individually in treatment-naive WHO functional group II-III pulmonary arterial hypertension patients. Statistically significant improvements were seen in the mortality, hospitalization for worsening pulmonary hypertension, disease progression, and the clinical response.
