Abstract

Abstract: This study tries to analyze the problem of the communication phenomenon in the university environment. The university education as a priority area of the social life, contributes to the formation of human resources, so the communication between the teacher and the student is very important for the student's professional evolution. For this reason the teachers have to understand the students, to guide them and valuate their potential. The communication in the education area is very complex, there for we consider that the students should be frequently involved in intercommunication activities so they will be more self-confident and they will improve their communication skills.
