Abstract

Abstract: The development of renewable energy offers potential for achieving distributive justice. Individuals and communities have emerged as a major force in shaping just energy transitions. This brief perspective piece provides an introductory exploration of the potential application of community energy to social housing in order to mitigate barriers to energy provision for low-income groups.
