- Abstract : In this study, the effect of mobile phase composition for size exclusion chromatography (SEC) on antibody drug conjugate (ADC) aggregate analysis was investigated. Abstract : In this study, the effect of mobile phase composition for size exclusion chromatography (SEC) on antibody drug conjugate (ADC) aggregate analysis was investigated. The use of organic components as well as high ionic strength during aggregate analysis was demonstrated to be advantageous.
