Abstract

Abstract : The following manuscript is the winning 2017 Richard Hader Visionary Leader Award entry submitted to Nursing Management in recognition of Maureen Maurano, BSN, RN, nurse manager of the neonatal intensive care unit at Children's National Health System in Washington, D.C. Ms. Maurano was formally recognized for her achievements before the Keynote Address at Congress2017, October 4, in Las Vegas, Nev. There, she received the award, sponsored by Hackensack Meridian Health.
