Abstract

Abstract : The Cover Feature focuses on the crystal structure of dicobalt‐hexacarbonyl‐modified 5‐alkynyl‐2′‐deoxyuridine, which was investigated for in vitro antiproliferative activity against human cancer cells. The formation of reactive oxygen species in K562 cells implicates the involvement of oxidative stress in the mode of action. Cover art by Samantha McCarthy.
