Abstract

Abstract : Two dimethyltin-functionalized cyclic selenotungstates based on {Se2 W12 } units were obtained, where (CH3 )2 Sn 2+ moieties were first introduced into "pure" POMs wheels. Abstract : Two dimethyltin-functionalized selenotungstates have been obtained: K4 Na14 [Sn(CH3 )2 Se6 W24 O94 ]·16H2 O (1 ) and K8 Na18 [Sn(CH3 )2 Se6 W40 O145 (H2 O)2 ]Cl2 ·41H2 O (2 ). They both remain cyclic selenotungstates based the on {Se2 W12 } units, where (CH3 )2 Sn 2+ moieties were first introduced into "pure" POMs wheels.
