Abstract

Abstract : Nanoengineered particles are gaining increasing interest for applications in the biomedical realm. However, the behavior of targeted particles in complex biological environments is still poorly understood. In article number1700575, Frank Caruso and co‐workers discuss the parameters that influence the biological performance of particles and highlight the strategies for improving the targeting ability of particles.
