- Abstract : Raman signal enhancement with a finger press was realized by combining a flexible piezoelectric and dielectric energy conversion and storage film with silver nanowire layers. In the Communication onpage 2649 ff., Y. Zhang, Q. An et al. describe a self‐energizing SERS (surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy) substrate that converts film deformation into stored electrical energy, which then injects electrons into the silver nanowire layer and up‐regulates the SERS signals measured therein.
