- Abstract : Colour science specialist X-Rite Inc and its subsidiary Pantone LLC have unveiled a new range of portable multi-angle spectrophotometers that are claimed to set a new standard for the characterization of effect finishes. The next-generation MA-T family are the first instruments to combine colour imaging and multi-angle spectral measurement to quantify colour, sparkle and coarseness, the companies report.
