Abstract: Single crystals of Pb2 (BO3 )(NO3 ) are prepared by hydrothermal reaction of Pb(NO3 )2 and Mg(BO2 )2 at pH 5.0‐5.5 (autoclave, 210 °C, 4 d; 85% yield).
