Abstract : (Abstracted from Reprod Biomed Online 2017;35:72–80) It was believed for a long time that chromosomal polymorphisms—most of which have no effect on phenotypes—had no clinical significance. However, a large number of studies have shown that chromosomal polymorphisms are associated with an increased frequency of polymorphic variations in infertile patients.
