Abstract

Abstract : ( Obstet Gynecol. 2015;125:1162–1167) This commentary provides an overview of the current evidence regarding planned vaginal versus planned cesarean delivery for breech presentation at term gestation, relying primarily on the 2001 Term Breech Trial and its 2-year follow-up study and the 2006 presentation and mode of delivery (PREMODA) study.
