- Abstract: Introduction – patients: Intradural lipomas are rare congenital tumors. A case of intradural lipoma in the absence of any congenital spinal anomalies is reported. Patient presented with spinal cord compression syndrome. Methods – results – conclusions: Treatment of this disorder is still controversial.
