- Abstract: We present a patient with Takayasu arteritis and severe aortic valve regurgitation and bilateral carotid artery occlusions, who underwent aortic valve replacement and aorto‐bicarotid bypass. The management of the cardiovascular manifestations of Takayasu arteritis is reviewed.
