Abstract

Abstract : Electrophoresis 2017, 38, 2654–2661. DOI:10.1002/elps.201700129 The cover picture shows Coreopsis tinctoria grown in Tian Shan Mountains in Xinjiang, China. C. tinctoria is also known as Snow Chrysanthemum and widely used as a tea‐like beverage and an important Uyghur folk medicinal material. Flavonoids are the major bioactive components. A simple capillary zone electrophoresis method was developed for the quantitative determination of 5 flavonoids in different parts and origins of C. tinctoria .
