- Abstract : A versatile covalent organic framework-based platform was developed for fluorescence turn-on detection of biomolecules. Abstract : We herein report the design of a versatile covalent organic framework (COF)-based platform for sensing biomolecules. As a proof of concept, a highly sensitive and selective COF-based fluorescence turn-on detection of DNA and adenosine 5′-triphosphate is demonstrated.
