- Abstract : In article number1702469, Emanuele Orgiu, Paolo Samorì, and co‐workers find that oxygen gas induces a colossal change in the electrical current flowing through a hybrid organic–inorganic perovskite. Some atoms in the perovskite structure are missing, creating reactive vacancies that can be filled by the oxygen present in the environment. The electrical properties of the material are sensitive to such vacancy filling, making this perovskite a highly sensitive and fast oxygen sensor.
