Abstract

Abstract : (Abstracted from Female Pelvic Med Reconstr Surg 2017;23:95–100) The preferred surgical route for optimal recovery of women with pelvic organ prolapse is minimally invasive surgery. Reconstruction of the apex following a minimally invasive hysterectomy may be performed with a vaginal suspension or a laparoscopic/robotic sacrocolpopexy.
