- Abstract: A chiral bis(imidazolidine) NCN‐rhodium complex ( t Bu‐PhBidine‐Rh(OAc)2 :cat 2 ) catalyzed the asymmetric Mannich reaction of malononitrile with isatin‐derived imines, which provided an efficient synthetic route for 3‐amino‐2‐oxoindoline‐3‐carboxylates. Abstract : A chiral bis(imidazolidine) NCN‐rhodium complex ( t Bu‐PhBidine‐Rh(OAc)2 ) catalyzed the asymmetric Mannich reaction of malononitrile with isatin‐derived imines, which provided an efficient synthetic route for 3‐amino‐2‐oxoindoline‐3‐carboxylates.
