- Abstract : Under simultaneous full arc light and ultrasonic irradiation, photo-generated electrons are brought together by piezoelectric potential, and thus dense electrons induce the reduction of carbon dioxide on the surface of piezoelectric semiconductors, resulting in an improved selectivity of methane production to a greater degree.
