- Abstract : UltraLink was functionalized with a triazolium cyclodextrin click cluster (CCC) which provides a well-oriented, multivalent, positively charged binding site for PtdIns(3, 4, 5)P3 . Abstract : UltraLink was functionalized with a triazolium cyclodextrin click cluster (CCC) which provides a well-oriented, multivalent, positively charged binding site for PtdIns(3, 4, 5)P3 . MALDI TOF MS and LC ESI MS/MS MRM analysis of spiked PtdIns(3, 4, 5)P3 in lipid extract suggest that triazolium CCC–UltraLink conjugate can be used as an enrichment material for PtdIns(3, 4, 5)P3 .
