Abstract: The donor‐stabilized silylene1 reacts with N2 O and PhElElPh (El = S, Se, Te) to form the respective silicon(IV) complexes2 –5 with an Si=N double bond. Compounds2 –5 were structurally characterized by crystal structure analyses and NMR spectroscopic studies in the solid state and in solution.
