Abstract

Abstract : ABSTRACT: Parasitic infestations commonly are seen in patients in primary care, urgent care, and EDs. These infestations are a common cause of pruritus and may lead to secondary infestations. This article reviews the signs and symptoms of pinworms, lice, bedbug, and scabies infestations, as well as diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
