Abstract

Highlights: There are three finance types for construction and operation of utilities tunnel. G-S interactive finance framework can be built to analyze finance design for utilities tunnel. All organizations or individuals should select rational finance and operation style. Abstract: The character of utilities tunnel is big scale construction, high investment and long recycle period. It is important to adopt rational finance design to construct and operate utilities tunnel timely and efficiently. According to attributes of construction and operation organizations for utilities tunnel, generally, there are three finance types. In reality, the most common finance type is that non-profitable government organizations and profitable social organizations or individuals construct and operate utilities tunnel together. G-S interactive finance framework should be built for construction and operation of utilities tunnel. All organizations and individuals who support utilities tunnel finance should design rational finance and operation style for utilities tunnel.
