- Abstract : A facile method for the preparation of antibody–quantum dot conjugates using the immunoglobulin binding (B1) domain of protein G is presented. The utility of antibody–quantum dot conjugates using the B1 domain is demonstrated for fluorescence imaging of breast tumor cells in vitro and in vivo .
