- Abstract : The development of an all inkjet‐printed unipolar organic resistive switching memory element and its application in arrays are presented. An organic dielectric material is employed as a memory material. These devices are implemented into a fully operational memory array using a high‐performance pentacene‐based organic rectifying diode as the selector device for passive matrix addressing.
