- Abstract : A new near-infrared fluorescence off–on probe with phenyl 2-(benzoylthio)benzoate as the recognition moiety is developed and applied in imaging H2 S n in living cells and mice in vivo . Abstract : A new hemicyanine-based near-infrared fluorescence off–on probe with phenyl 2-(benzoylthio)benzoate as the recognition moiety to trap hydrogen polysulfides (H2 S n, n > 1) is developed, and is used for the sensitive imaging of H2 S n in cells and mice in vivo .
