- Abstract : A palladium-catalyzed diamination domino process of sulfamates arising from glycine allylamides is reported. Abstract : A palladium-catalyzed diamination domino process of sulfamates arising from glycine allylamides is reported. The reaction leads to the formation of [1, 2, 5]thiadiazolo-fused piperazinones. The essential feature of the synthetic route is the use of PdCl2 (MeCN)2 /CuBr2, as a catalytic system which promotes the second amination process, leading to the bicycle ring-fused compounds in good yields.
