Abstract: Novel 2H‐1, 2‐oxasiletes (III) are obtained in high yields by reaction of diazocarbonyl compounds (I) with dialkylsilylene (II), whilst diazoketone (IV) leads to spirocyclic adduct (V) without releasing dinitrogen.
