Abstract : Carbon monoxide and styrene derivatives, which can both be generated by a palladium on carbon‐catalyzed carbon–carbon bond cleavage reaction of cinnamaldehyde derivatives, were thoroughly employed for the simultaneously proceeding Mizoroki–Heck and carbonylation reactions.
