- Abstract : Human papillomavirus vaccine programs run the risk of repeating the problems associated with Papanicolaou testing programs in low‐income and middle‐income countries: an efficient, life‐saving tool that unfortunately is underused for cancer prevention. There is a great need for vigilance in the ongoing implementation of the human papillomavirus vaccine in Latin America.
