Abstract : A novel capillary zone electrophoresis–mass spectrometry (CZE–MS) approach allows the simultaneous characterization and quantification of the binding of metal-based anticancer agents to biomolecules. Moreover, for the first time, oligonucleotide metallation was resolved at single-nucleotide resolution by MS.
