Abstract: The prototypic molecule for conformational rigidity, that is, strychnine, exhibits fast conformational exchange on the NMR timescale at room temperature. A comprehensive description of this up‐to‐now‐hidden stereodynamic behavior is presented, which combines experimental and computational data.
