Abstract

Highlights: Adolescents with CSA-related PTSD showed slowest emotional reactivity. Adolescents with CSA-related PTSD showed highest fear rating of emotional faces. On whole brain and ROI level, no significant group differences were found. Symptoms clinical groups were not associated with emotional face processing.
