Abstract

Highlights: Medulloblastoma is the most common malignant paediatric brain tumour. The authors describe a rare, variant medulloblastoma with tri-vergent elements. Despite multi-modality interrogation, tumour analysis demonstrates knowledge gaps. This case highlights the need for collaborative efforts for disease understanding.
