- Abstract: We present cadmium‐free quantum dot materials based on indium phosphide, which are used to assemble quantum dot light‐emitting devices with unprecedented efficiency and brightness. Modifying the synthesis conditions allows tuning of the emission color from green to red. The narrow emission peak results in excellent color saturation.
