- Abstract : In predicting the origin of focal atrial arrhythmias, a precise analysis of the P‐wave morphology in the 12‐lead electrocardiogram is essential. In this report, we demonstrate a unique ectopic atrial rhythm and discuss its origin by analyzing the P‐wave morphology.
