- Abstract : In article number1600274, Calderon‐Dominguez and co‐workers describe a new methodological approach to study bioenergetics in brown adipose tissue explants. It provides a more realistic comprehension of the tissue metabolism compared to previous cell‐based methods, with potential applications in basic science and antiobesity drug testing. The cover image represents the fuel‐burning potential of mitochondria within the brown adipose tissue.
