- Abstract : A highly efficient catalytic asymmetric alkynylation of prochiral CH2 groups in tetrahydroisoquinoline was developed using copper catalyzed cross-dehydrogenative-coupling of sp 3 and sp C–H bonds with the assistance of a photocatalyst and visible light.
