- Abstract: In this article we have reported the complete mitochondrial genome sequence of rat C6 glioma cell line for the first time. The total length of the mitogenome was 16, 314 bp, with coding 13 protein-coding genes, two ribosomal RNA genes, 22 transfer RNA genes. This sequence was deposited in the GenBank (Accession No. KM820837).
