- Abstract : This article reports water-soluble Cu–In–S QDs with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) properties that can be induced by both an organic solvent and cations. Abstract : Novel Cu–In–S quantum dots (CIS QDs), which exhibit interesting aggregation-induced emission (AIE) properties, were successfully prepared via a hydrothermal method. When the solvent was changed from water to 90 vol% DMSO, the photoluminescence intensity of the as-prepared CIS QDs was enhanced about 126-fold.
