- Abstract : An efficient copper nitrate-mediated chemo- and regioselective annulation reaction of two different alkynes was developed to achieve polysubstituted isoxazoles. Abstract : An efficient copper nitrate-mediated annulation reaction was developed for the direct synthesis of pharmacologically interesting polysubstituted isoxazoles in good to excellent yields from two different alkynes with high chemo- and regioselectivities by syringe pump infusion.
