Abstract

Abstract : We have synthesized a bifunctional erbium–porphyrin tumor imaging and PDT agent (Er–R3 ) that is capable of killing bladder cancer cells via its selective binding to the integrin αv β3 isoform overexpressed on the cell membrane.
