- Abstract : Two fluorescent switchable diarylethene derivatives which can detect amyloid-β aggregates both in vitro and in vivo were reported. Abstract : Two fluorescent switchable diarylethene derivatives which exhibit high affinity for amyloid-β aggregates with the increase of fluorescence intensity were reported. Moreover, the probes show excellent photochromic and anti-photobleaching properties both in vitro and in vivo .
