Abstract

Abstract: We report the main characteristics of a new genus, 'Congobacterium, ' and a new species, 'Congobacterium massiliense, ' strain Marseille-P3295 (CSUR P3295), a new member in the order Coribacteriacea, which was isolated from a stool sample of a healthy 50-year-old pygmy ( Baka ) woman.
