- Abstract: A bioluminogenic probe based on luciferin was designed and synthesized to monitor tyrosinase activity. This probe was efficient in assessing tyrosinase activity in a buffered aqueous solution and in measuring endogenous tyrosinase activity in melanoma cells. Abstract : Do‐all probe : A dual enzyme‐responsive bioluminogenic and fluorogenic probe has been designed to sense tyrosinase activity. This luciferin‐based probe can be applied to biochemical analysis and cellular assay.
